His background includes criminal investigations, crime-scene investigation, crisis intervention, workplace violence, fraud and theft investigations, security technology, and risk mitigation. As Vice President of Operations, Matt oversees security operations, officer performance, training, compliance, technology, and client service, helping ensure Gateway delivers professional, accountable, and responsive security services.
