Gateway Facility Management and World Management Inc. have partnered to create a Joint Venture. This union was created to provide Gateway the opportunity to utilize World Management’s mentorship, proven experience, and management oversight. The Joint Venture is majority owned/controlled by Gateway while positioning itself for expansion through World Management’s oversight.
The Joint Venture was created under SBA guidelines with the intent of providing known experience for new 8a certified DBE enterprises. Over 100 years of combined Custodial management experience is shared by these two great companies, providing the best possible service delivery.

World Management is a certified WBE, DBE, MBE, WOSB and graduated from SBA 8(a) program. Currently, WMI performs services at several sites throughout the United States and continues to expand geographically.

Arnold has driven initiatives to improve staff development/training, systems and processes and operational efficiencies. He has played a leadership role in acquiring and servicing the following large entities: GSA, Metro, UMSL, American Airlines, Delta, FAA, TSA, NASA and FedEx, just name a few. Arnold was an integral part of WMI being awarded SBA Small Business of Year for Region VII.
