This union was created to provide Gateway the opportunity to utilize World Management’s mentorship, proven experience, and management oversight. The Joint Venture is majority owned/controlled by Gateway while positioning itself for expansion through World Management’s oversight.
The Joint Venture was created under SBA guidelines with the intent of providing known experience for new 8a certified DBE enterprises. Over 100 years of combined Custodial management experience is shared by these two great companies, providing the best possible service delivery.
